OUR APPROACH

While each job is unique, our process is always shaped by the same core values. These values stem from our experience working with a wide range of objects, materials, and clients.

sAFETY

We firmly believe that no two objects are the same, and each requires unique attention and custom mount fabrication. Our emphasis on object safety means that the condition and integrity of each artifact will determine the form and function of its mount.

FLEXIBILITY

We take a dynamic approach to design and installation as we understand that exhibit fabrication is a complex and collaborative process. We embrace transparent communication throughout all project phases and adjust our approach to suit your needs and priorities.

COLLABORATION

Bid packages and quote requests come to us in a number of formats with varying degree of curatorial, directorial and design involvement. Our priority is to execute your vision through collaborative problem solving, knowing that the finished product may often look different in three dimensions than it does on paper.

Whether they’re fabricated from steel, brass, acrylic, or textiles, we can help you create engaging displays which preserve and protect the integrity of the objects.

Emily Meyer

Emily has spent her whole career in museums. She started at the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art in Sarasota, Florida, where she trained under a talented fabricator who has since been promoted to the Smithsonian’s Office of Exhibits Central. While at the Ringling, Emily obtained a Certification in the Design and Construction of Museum Mounts through the Northern States Conservation Center, and served as the lead mountmaker for an annual rotation of approximately 18 exhibitions. After 5 years at the Ringling, Emily was offered the position of Senior Museum Mountmaker for the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, Northern California’s largest public arts institution. There she oversaw mountmaking for 28 annual exhibitions at two locations: the De Young Museum and the Legion of Honor.

Devin Myers

Devin was introduced to media production and fabrication at an early age.  He grew up with a cinematographer father who welded sculptures in his spare time and a wardrobe stylist mother who painted in her spare time.  Devin started as a production assistant as a teenager and climbed his way through the commercial art department to roles as Propmaster and On Set Dresser. Shortly after college Devin started working in museums and commercial art departments and has been happily doing so ever since. He has 16 years of fabrication experience and has worked as an exhibits fabricator and mountmaker at the Ringling Museum of Art and the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.
